Joe Dougher Masonry Contractor is a family owned and operated masonry and concrete business serving Scranton, Clarks Summit, Dunmore and the surrounding NEPA area. Joe started in the trade at 12 years old, helping his stepfather Dave of Dave Jones Masonry, working summers and weekends through school. After graduation he worked with Jim Brunt Masonry, then Hudack Masonry Waterproofing, then spent 8 years in the Bricklayers Union Local 5 before going out on his own. Joe is a licensed (PA HIC #PA088400) and insured home improvement contractor with 35+ years in the field.
